Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with every product we sell. However there will be no returns on any promotional items. Items that are not on promotion can be returned only if a written return code from Rasko Diamonds is sent to the client within 7 days from shipping. No returns will be accepted without a return code from Rasko Diamonds. 

When returning items containing a 0.75 carat gemstone or larger, Rasko Diamonds will require additional time to verify the diamond, in which case a refund will be approved upon positive verification. This process will require approximately 7 to 10 business days.

When returning items with delicate handiwork, Jewellery on the Links will require additional time to verify the integrity of the craftsmanship, in which case a refund will be approved upon positive verification. This process will require approximately 7 to 10 business days.
