We provide a qualified and professional appraisal upon request with each purchase. We provide a GIA certificate to certify the authenticity and integrity of diamonds larger than 1.25 carats.

For all purchases, Rasko provides a one year warranty on the workmanship of finished jewellery. Within the year, Rasko will repair your mount free of charge. 

Rasko provides complimentary shipping on all purchases within Canada. To purchase items for shipment outside of Canada, please contact Customer Service at 416-226-5000.

Allow 3-7 business days to receive your order.  Items on special order or being resized may take longer. For faster service, orders can be picked up in Toronto within 3 days of purchase.

Order pick up can be requested in the comments section of the online shopping transaction.

No returns will be accepted without written approval by Rasko Diamonds.

We guarantee your satisfaction with every product we sell and will refund your purchase price. Refund must be requested by phone within 3 days of product delivery.

When returning items containing a 0.75 carat gemstone or larger, Rasko Diamonds will require additional time to verify the diamond, in which case a refund will be approved upon positive verification. This process will require approximately 7 to 10 business days.

Over time, fine jewellery can begin to look worn and tired. Dust, pollution and daily wear cloud the brilliance of gemstones. The surface of gold, platinum and silver jewellery can become dulled. Timeworn prongs and clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewellery.

Professional cleanings are recommended as often as once a year. We encourage you to bring your Rasko Diamonds jewellery back to us for professional servicing. Our staff is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of jewellery care, including cleaning gemstones, restringing pearls and repairing clasps and earring backs.
